Flansham Park is an outstanding primary care practice, and I cannot fault the care provided by the doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants. The reception staff are patient and generous with their time. Dr Parker has been my preferred doctor in the practice since 2012. She provides exceptional care, listens, is kind and caring. I totally trust her with all aspects of my healthcare. Many thanks to Dr Parker and all the staff at Flansham Park.

Dr Parker listened empathetically to me and the problems I am currently experiencing. She also remembered me from old and welcomed me into her surgery room by saying it was lovely to see me. She was able to offer me reassurance and help ed guide me into making decisions that would best suit my current needs and conditions. As well as this she ensured follow up appointments with her which encouaged me and made me feel comforted, whist boosting my confidence.

I feel that it is important to develop a rapport with one particular doctor in the practice who then gets to know my medical history well over time. There have been times when I have had appointments with other doctors and the paramedics and specialist nurses, and they are, without exception, exemplerary; I have great faith in the whole team at Flansham Park. Dr Parker has been my GP for the last 10 years, and is the doctor I see about 95% of the time. I find her calm, knowledgeable and that she prescribes treatment and medication with due regard to guidelines. She is kind and compassionate, warm and funny, and very easy to talk to and is a very good listener. Dr Parker and the whole team at FPHC are to be commended for providing a first class service to the ever-expanding number of patients signing up at the practice.

Although I have been a patient at the Flansham Park Health Centre, I have not had the pleasure of either meeting Dr Parker or seeing her professionally, until this morning. I discussed the concern I had, together with a problem which I had experienced earlier. She immediately put me in the picture and gave me great confidence in her diagnosis. She also took time to examine me over my other problem, and I was extremely impressed with the advice she gave me and the ongoing medication I am going to receive. I have the highest regard for the Flansham Park Health Centre, in every department. I have always been dealth with, with sympathy, kindness and, dear I say, good humour.
